Robert Jackson is extremely professional. He did a fabulous job cleaning our carpet, which hadn't been cleaned in three years. There were areas on the carpet that sustained heavy traffic that seemed to be tramped down permanently, but he refreshed the carpet and it's like new. I have dealt with other carpet cleaners, but have never had such good results.

He is very available. He did a good service. He was clean. He was prompt. He is a good guy. It is just that I hadn't used him for years. I keep getting emails but I thought it was inappropriate for me to comment because who knows what he is like today. The owner seems to be the one that does the work. I actually called him before the other guy.

The service provider, Robert Jackson, made three calls to complete the project and did not charge any extra. Several spots had to be re-dyed but in the end they all disappeared. There are few if any other providers in the region who are able to fix bleach spots with dye.
