 + -1 moreI felt I was fast-talked into more than I could easily afford. I was too late by days to cancel the order. I found the office personnel kind and pleasant but there was no budging the owner. I very reluctantly agreed to pay what I had signed up for. If EVCO Construction is owned by the same person as EVCO Custom Upholstery, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them or anyone who chooses to recommend them.
Description of Work: Recover a loveseat. Job from down payment on 5/20/13 until delivery 1/4/14.

 + -1 moreDave does outstanding work and manages his subcontractors professionally, keeping them on time and making sure the work was done right. My only negative comment was that we paid quite a bit to have the house cleaned before moving back in and the cleaning company did not do a thorough job. All considered, that's a pretty minor complaint.
Description of Work: Well, last reported, Dave Evans had not finished our remodel. I just wanted to complete my review of his work. He finished on budget and even before he had originally estimated!
