Just as an Eagle will soar to great heights to obtain a point of view that gives them the advantage our technicians will do the same for your Computer Repair and Surveillance needs and concerns. Our process is to hear what the customer has to say about why they've called us out; we don't want you to worry about the proper terminology. We then go over your issues with you one at a time explaining what it is and how we can remove/repair or replace. After the repairs are completed our technicians will carefully go over the issues they've resolved at your request, if you feel that we've missed anything please don't hesitate to let us know. He also installed 2 SSD and cables on another of our computers.
Both computers are working great since then.
Also, Jeffry has come on other occasions when my husband messed up his computer. Jeffry is always patient with our technical mistakes and explains how we could avoid future problems.
We will always call Jeffery at the first sign of computer problems. He comes to the house or office which relieves us the problems associated with unplugging cables, dragging the computer to another location, and waiting several days, computerless, before having to reconnect cables and hoping the computer will function properly.

Jeffery has been servicing our computers for since December 2011. Initially, we called because my husband's computer had stopped working. Jeffery came that very day and got it started. He also checked up and cleaned up both of our computers. Since that time he has come on or more occasions to clean up, repair, and replace computer parts for us. He obtained free anti-virus, anti-male-ware, and clean up programs for our computers. These are working just great. I have bought some of the advanced versions of these programs for my computer and tablets.
He comes to our house which saves us the hassle of disconnecting our computers and taking them to a repair company where several days pass before we can get them. Jeffery is great at explaining the computer problems, why they occurred, and how to prevent future problems. He keeps his computer skills current. He is gracious and knowledgeable.
