It went very well. We were new to the area and not sure exactly what we wanted or what area we wanted to search in. Carmen was able to help by asking questions and getting to know us. She stuck with it and persisted even though the home we ended up wanting proved to be a tough transaction. It was bank owned and the owner/bank was slow moving and inconsistent. Without her, we would never have been able to get this home, because of the mistakes the bank/owner kept making (such as putting the home up for auction after they had accepted our offer). She was able to cut through the red tape and make a tough situation better. We are thrilled with our new home. Thank you so much Carmen!
