"Mr. Bert, You are unhappy because a month after we did your job, you sent me an email that I should either come fix your gutters and fence for free or you will write me a bad review. In what world is that the right thing to do. We had a contract for 1000$ for us to fix your sliding glass door which YOU agreed upon and was very happy with our work when we finished it. Our company normally does not accept small jobs but out of our own kind we wanted to help you out. If there is any problem with the job we did I will personally come and take care of it, but I cant do extra work for free a month after our contract ended and you cannot threaten us."
