Bill was terrific. He diagnosed the problem, gave us great advice, and had us up and running again. He came well equipped to fix the problem, and I would definitely use him again.

He was prompt and checked the phone box to see if the problem inside or out. It turned out that it is outside, and AT&T will have to fix it and there would be not charge. My inside wires are fine, so there was nothing he could do. He charged me $40. for the visit, and answered my questions and even gave me a number to call to forward call from my landline to my cell.

I called Bill on Saturday and he came out on Sunday and found the problem (loose wire in NID) in about 30 minutes. He was cheaper than the phone company would have been and guarantees his work for six months.

Mr. Sullivan was very responsive and professional.  It took some time to figure out what he needed to do, but he connected my business line back to the Comcast router box.

Everything went great and at a very low cost.  Especially when compared to the larger vendors who only wanted to sell us a system that was more than we needed.

I contacted Bill to fix my phone lines . I was beyond frustrated with the phone company, whom I called 3x and got no help. Bill came out right away found the problem and fixed it fast' A+ all the way

used a bulky phone jack, .was asked him to use the flat one that was originally used because it would not show. Now we have this bulky one showing. Some day i will rehire someone else to fix it.

We called Bill today and he came at 3pm the same day to fix the problems. He found them, made the repairs and we were extremely pleased. The price he charges is more than fair. We would call him for any further problems and recommend him to all. Can you imagine what the local telephone company would have charged for this service??? How long we would be on hold just to make an appointment and how many weeks it would take them to get here??? Call Bill...

Our phone line was disconnected by a SureWest technician. We did not have SureWest as our land line provider, but the prior owner's of our home did. We requested that they remove the box on the back of the house as well as the battery backup that was in our daughter's room. Little did we know that ATand T wired our line through the SureWest equipment. We called Bill because of the good reviews and he lived up to them. He was very knowledgeable and was able to reconnect our line as well as activate two additional jacks that the ATand T technician was unable to do. And he did this all quickly. We would definitely recommend him.

The job took about 1 hour and fortunately didn't involve rewiring or crawling under the house or stringing new wires -- just some expert knowledge. Mr. Sullivan came the same day I called and arrived promptly and was very professional and pleasant. He is retired from Pac Bell and has over 20 years experience in this kind of work, which showed in his approach. I was so happy he could deal with it right away after I got the most awful runaround from ATand T for days.
