A call to the business number reached an answering service -- but the call back from the business owner was prompt and professional. We set up an appointment for an estimate first, and then the work was performed within days once the estimate was approved.
The two-man team who did the work arrived about 30 minutes earlier than expected -- but that was fine, because they could start the work outside.
They first cleaned the gutters and roof thoroughly and then very carefully cleaned up all debris from the roof that had fallen to the ground around the house. They did an excellent job!
The windows were carefully cleaned first outside and then inside. Inside of the house, the team used shoe covers to keep the carpet clean. They were quiet and unobtrusive. Also, we have unfinished redwood walls that can stain easily if water drops on them. The team used towels on the window sills and a mop-type applicator to make sure no water dropped onto the walls. ( Previous window cleaners were not so careful and created stains that we had to remove.)
Our windows now sparkle!! We will definitely use this company again. Its a pleasure to recommend them.

For the house, the estimate was done right away and was accurate. The crew worked hard, didn't even stop for lunch, and did a beautiful job. Therefore, I called again to get my nearby office done.
Although we played phone tag for several days, and Greg missed the estimate appointment altogether, we set a time and he quoted a price. I did warn him that ladders wouldn't work (stairs and trees outside) but I don't think he believed me. When Shane arrived, he had to double the estimate, but I was expecting it. Shane was cheerful and competent, the windows look great, and now I can see the lovely view.

I would highly recommend this company. I sent an email requesting a service quote and got a callback the following morning and they came out that afternoon for a quote. We have some very high windows and not a lot of space to place a ladder which bothered another company but they were fine to take the job on. They scheduled the work to take place the next week at our convenience. They arrived promptly and did a great job and were very neat in the house. When we asked if they could also remove the gutter screens and remove the residual pine straw which we hadn't been able to blow out, they were happy to do so at a low price. We will definitely use them again.

MY CALL WAS RETURNED ON THE SAME DAY. THE ESTIMATOR CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND WAS ON TIME. I GOT A WRITTEN ESTIMATE OF THE WORK. I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SENT 2 WORKMEN THE NEXT DAY.THE WORK WAS DONE SWIFTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY ALSO HELPED US WITH A MINOR PROBLEM WITH OUR GARAGE DOOR. I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND WILL USE AGAIN.

I called them up on the phone and talked about what services I would need. They gave me a rough estimate on the phone. However, they gave me a written more detailed estimate in person. Just one guy worked all day to complete the project inside and out, he did a great job. He also kept with the estimate, and the results were terrific.
