Lance Holt Construction Inc

The upstairs area in the house we recently bought consisted of a hallway, room, and bathroom; we wanted to make it our master bedroom but it needed some work first. We found Lance via our inspector. From the very beginning he was extremely responsive via both phone and email. He came and looked at the rooms and we talked about and played around with different ideas based on what we wanted. I give Lance great credit b/c he's very thoughtful and took the time to come up with a really good, solid solution to our oddly placed skylight. His estimate for the work we wanted done was very fair and he never was pushy in any way. He was totally understanding of our budget and got that we didn't need or want to spend excess money on unnecessary items. Lance is a really cool person, very friendly, and does work of the highest quality. He makes sure that the guys who he chooses to work with also do quality work. I knew before Lance began working that he had a preplanned job the following week so we let him know that it was fine with us if him and his guy came back and finished the final work when they could (they came here and there that following week). But they made sure to have all the major work done by the first week and only had smaller things to finish up. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Lance and already have a list started of other things we'd like him to do for us. (Note: Lance will do any project, big or small!)
