Scott's landscaping

Our experience was pretty bad. He told us the job would be finished in about 4 to 6 weeks and it's been 13 months and he still hasn't finished. He did the job around 7000 and it ended up coming at 13,000. I withheld some of the payment since the job isn't finished and it seems sort of silly to pay somebody for what they didn't do. We just gave up at the end of June. I finally ended up contacting somebody else to come and do the drip irrigation system. We've been through a nightmare. He left a trailer on the street for 6 months and we kept getting the stink eye from all our neighbors so I ended up hiring my local gardener who brought his truck and hauled the trailer up in our driveway and it sat there for another 6 months. He finally picked up the trailer in springtime. There was a period when he was working very hard and then he just sort of fell off the face of the earth.
