Alans designs have pleased the customer and his drawings are easy to work from...which saves me time and the customer money..Alan gives freely of his time in helping me work out problems on the job in areas outside of his responsibility

Alan Lehman at Lehman Design Studios is amazing.
We had a limited budget for the design of a large home and he came in right on budget. Not only was he respectful of our budget, but he was able to guide us through the maze of the building permit process and planning approvals, all of which are myriad in Carmel by the Sea. If our contractor had any questions, Alan was available and willing to do site visits and steer the project to its successful completion.
Over the course of many years, I have worked with many Architects and Designers but never have we had such a positive experience. His sense of humor kept us on track through what is always a highly emotional experience. Can't wait to do another house with Alan.
