Wanted to buy a Predator 8750 Watt portable generator Sku# 68525 found in catalog. Called local store to find out if unit was in stock. After calls to several local Harbor Freight stores, I determined that while the stores generally stocked item, none had it in stock. They each informed me that while they were supposed to stock the item, none of them were receiving the item on their weekly truck. It would appear that corporate in not shipping this item to the stores, even though it is supposed to be available in the stores. The stores refer you to internet sales, where you must pay almost one hundred dollars shipping to get item.
Were it not for corporate policy for this item, I would rate my experience with Harbor Freight Internet Sales as super.
Once order placed, receipts and/or invoices arrived via email within seconds, tracking info within hours. delivery made to my home when promised. Great transaction.
