I have returned to Wild Bill's 3 times and each time my hair lays better.  (It is growing out from the old style and the new style looks better on my face.)
Needless to say, I have made an appointment for next month and intend to remain one of his happy customers.

Bill was on time and professional. He did a no charge consultation first to ensure that he had the colors on hand. He did quote me a higher price than his website rates. He said it was because I have a lot of hair. Although thick it is not that long and I've never been charged more for my hair.
He takes his time and he nailed the color match for my root touch up.

The cut was not good. He cut the front shorter and razor cut the sides which just added more frizz and no real style.

He used a brush - rather than a wide- tooth comb - to comb out my hair after the shampoo. Using a brush on wet hair causes hair to break, so I was not happy about that.

When he dried my hair it was bushy, frizzy and had no style or shine. I'm used to a nice smooth, sleek, shiny, bouncy head of hair when I leave the salon and I had none of this.

I did go back a second time for root touch up and highlights, figuring I could find someone else to cut my hair and I'd give Bill another chance.

Not good, the highlights blended in so much that it just made my hair blonder overall rather than having some subtle highlights.

I won't go back again and I can't recommend Bill.

I asked them to cut my bangs right above my eyebrows; they cut them shorter than I asked.

Bill was wonderful.  I have a very hard time finding someone who can understand my hair.  It's taken me a year to trust anyone.  I just moved here from Arizona, and I found Bill on Angie's List.  His professionalism and knowledge surprised me and I was very pleased.  Not only did he picked a perfect color, which is almost impossible; but he cut my hair in away that makes me looks younger, which is always a big plus :-)
I'm very glad I found Angie's List and that it pointed me to Bill.  I will look forward to my next appointment.

I hadn't found a hairdresser that could work with my fine straight hair 
in over eight years! Being a former hairdresser myself I was forced 
to do my own hair which is difficult. I let him tell me what he thought
was my best option and it was exactly what I wanted! He doesn't
rush and and consequently creates a great haircut. The atmosphere
is very very comfortable. I would recommend Wild Bill to anyone
who wants a professional hairdresser!!

Recently I had Bill color and cut my hair for the third time.  I am new to the area and was a little apprehensive about finding the right hairdresser.  I am recently retired and had the same person for many, many years, so Bill had big shoes to fill.  He absolutely did it!
The level of genuine thought, effort and concern he puts into every experience is amazing.  He even had me drop by before my first appointment to meet me and see my hair.   Both the time spent with him, and the results of color and cut has been so enjoyable.  Highly recommended.

It went great as usual. I went in, got my hair sculpted, and left. My hair is perfect and it looks amazing.
