He did it in good time, and did not charge me for things that did not need to be completed.  He did great job.

Showed up on time and was able to provide the service with no help.

The service was good. nice guy he was quick and professional . a little pricy, but with the service I received I would use him again. The acid wash he did made the spa look like is was brand new.

Our spa was no longer heating. Called on Saturday and White Sands squeezed us in on a holiday monday morning. He was punctual, his price was fair, and he had the part (circut board) for our tub on hand.
We called several pool/ spa companies and most were disinterested for one reason or the other  to come and service our spa in a timely manner.
Would use White sands again in a heartbeat. He only does spas and he knows his stuff.

The guy was on time. Very polite. Found the problem, fixed the problem. 45 minutes total. only charged 15 minutes because 30 min included in cost of service call. Gave good tips for using SPA and saving power.

My home warranty could not provide a service technician to repair my hot tub leak. I was authorized to find a local outside contractor to do the work. I joined Angie's list to find someone to do the repair. The site helped me narrow down the search to someone with a specific specialty. I found White Sands Pool and Spa Service and Repair and they seemed to provide exactly the service that I required.
Casey (the owner) dealt directly with my home warranty company via several phone calls while trying to diagnosis needed repairs at the same time (and they were not too easy to deal with). I felt that this was out of the norm and he met my expectations. He went above and beyond to get home warranty to pay for the necessary repair. We had a set back with a faulty part that came in and was already installed before the defect with realized. Casey had to make a third trip to my property to install the new part . No additional fees were charged beyond the initial quote. The repair time did take longer than expected, but it was still much quicker than my home warranty could provide as I was waiting well over a month for a quality repair service and none could be located.

Excellent service and professionalism from the very first email/call. I will use Casey again, and I highly recommend him.
