TOWN & COUNTRY POOL & SPA SERVICE AND REPAIR

Town and Country Pool and Spa has cleaned our pool for over five years.  The owner, Rick is the one who does the work.  He has always brought his dog when he cleans the pool.  That was fine until we added on an outdoor room.  I asked Rick to please not bring the dog because he would leave muddy paw prints on the tile.  He complied for a couple weeks but then started bringing the dog every time again.  I didn't say anything for over six months.  The last time he was here we had our grandchildren and their dogs at our home.  The 16 month old was very sick and I had just gotten him to sleep.  He was awoken because our dogs started barking because Rick's dog was right on the other side of our glass door wall.  I asked Rick why he thought it was okay to continue to bring the dog when I had asked him not to.  He put up his hand, kept shaking his head and said "you obviously don't feel well".  I asked him again why he couldn't respect my request at my home.  He pack up his things; stormed off and said "you won't see me again".
I have had many service people in our home over the past 30 years. I have never had anyone be so disrespectful and arrogant to think he can do whatever pleases him at my home.  I was under the impression that you hire someone for a service that you were not the one that needed to service his needs.
