"Thank you for your informative and great review. This is a busy time of the season so we apologize for the wait. We are currently training more people to add to our installation team. Unfortunately, it is a long process because we do not want to sacrifice quality. Your screen door covers approximately 47". We were trying to save you money by not putting two doors there. I am not sure why the screen is loose on the bottom but it should not be. Thank you for letting me swing by to take a look at it and repair it."
"Thanks for your great review. Do not worry. We have doors that have lasted 15 years with this specific strike not breaking. This latch strike is not made of die cast metal. We have never seen it break. It may bend if the screen is run into or if you pull on the handle super hard without unlatching it. Our experience has shown this is still a better option than a magnet which tends to accidentally open, oxidize or in some cases create a space between the door and the jamb. That being said, we can always send you a new latch or stop by and help you in person. We are always happy to help our customers should they need it!"
"Thank you for your feedback. This is Nhorma, the owner of The Screen Lady, Inc. I am sincerely sorry for your experience and hope you will accept my apology. Scheduling can indeed be tricky. We do everything we can to accommodate our potential customers by working late hours and Saturdays. Unfortunately, the rain on May 6 was out of our control and we cannot get our equipment wet. Normally, we call the day before if we know it is going to rain and try to come up with a plan B. We were able to reschedule all eight of the other appointments on that rainy day. You chose not to reschedule with us. We understand. I left you a voicemail a few days ago. I welcome the opportunity to learn more from your experience and hope that you will call me back."
Nhorma gave me prices over the phone to come to my house and have very old screen replaced. Nothing in my house is of a standard size, and I had been putting off having the work done due to the anticipated cost.
I also do not want to have to bring 15 screens (including a huge, oversized slider) into a shop somewhere and wait two weeks to have it done, and then try to install them myself.
The price Nhorma quoted me seemed almost too low , to have a mobile truck come to my house and replace everything at once, with high quality frames and screen material ! But I relied on other Angies list reviews and made an appointment.
When Nhorma and her husband showed up at the appointed time, they went right to work. Not only did they replace 13 frames and screens, she threw in one small window that I was not going to do, no charge, so it would match all the others !! :)
I LOVE my new screens, especially the slider... it blocks the sun but still lets air flow, and looks and moves sleekly !

This is a professional, top notch quality business that I will definitely use again when I am ready to rescreen my upstairs windows.
