Scott was a real professional, on time, knew exactly how to remove some of the windows in order to clean properly! Very courteous gentleman, left the areas all clean! I would recommend Superior Windows to have your windows cleaned by Scott!!

My appointment was the day after Christmas. They assured me that was no problem. BUT, they did not show up at the appointed time. I called and they apologized admitted they dropped the ball, and got someone out here. Once they got here the work was good, very pleasant folks.

He seemed to have cleaned one gutter when it was another gutter I wanted him to do.  When our friend came that can get up and look, the gutter that I wanted him to do, was completely clogged.  He didn't dress appropriately to come to work.  He didn't ask which gutter I wanted him to do so I presumed he would do all of them; he didn't.  It was far more than a week after I made the purchase that he came out.  He kept saying I had to schedule on line.  I couldn't get on their website.  Finally, your people got him to call me back and we scheduled something.  But it was no instantaneous thing.  Frank opinion; he just comes across as a son of a *itch; you need me, I don't need you.  I paid no additional costs.  At least he didn't try to upsell me.  I was ill.  As I said, he didn't come looking like he was ready for any heavy-duty work.  He was here an hour or two and he came back and he said that was a dried up palm frond in one of my gutters and I just thought he'd go on from there, but then he just disappeared.  I don't know how long he was there.  I don't know when he left, anything.  It was a very strange experience.  I can't get up and see.  A friend of mine came and told me, the one that he could get up on a ladder; I have a bad foot, he said the one that I wanted clean, was not.  I didn't have him look at the others.  It never occurred to me that he'd be cleaning the other gutter.  I think we had some misunderstanding.  He didn't say what gutter do you want cleaned.  He didn't say do you want them all clean.  I forget that there are 2 back by the side of the house.  This one is right above the carport.  I live in a mobile home park and that's the one that the mobile home park is always screaming, "Clean your gutter, clean your gutter"; so that's what I was trying to do.  It was just a bad all around deal.  I think he should have helped me book, when I called and said I couldn't book it.  I think he should have done that right on top of it.  I think when he came he should have been dressed for cleaning gutters, which is not in nice clothes.  He had a nice short set on and everything.  I think he should have said, “What gutters are the problems?”  I understand it's a good price.  I did have somebody call me that had seen the ad and say I hope you don't think you're getting anything cleaned at that price because I charge $275.  So it probably was a fair price.  I'm pretty unknowledgeable.  On quality, I don't know because one he missed entirely, the one I wanted cleaned; and I don't know about the other two as I didn't have anybody check up after it.  On responsiveness, after he decided not to be a jerk and actually call me; responsiveness with booking an appointment was pretty good.  It wasn't too much longer after that, that he did so.

There was a mix-up on the scheduling and the technician arrived days ahead of schedule, but I was home, so it worked out and the owner apologized. I did not watch the work, but I felt that he did a good, thorough job and added improvements to prevent clogging of drains.

Technician Frank was punctual and very professional. When I purchased the deal I did not realize it was for external window cleaning only which was my mistake ( and personally I probably wouldn't have purchased the deal because who would only want their outside windows cleaned and not the inside as well). I had fewer windows than the Angie's List offer so the technician offered to do inside and outside windows for an additional $50. Other than this initial hiccup the service went great. Frank was meticulous and did a beautiful job, Some windows were difficult to reach/get to but Frank went to work and each window was perfectly washed without a single streak. Technician was very conscientious, was very careful around furnishings and wore shoe covers while in the house. I was very pleased with the results. Would definitely hire again, would request Frank for sure!

Scott scheduled my window cleaning for the next day - amazing before a holiday. Two personable young men, Jeremy and an assistant, arrived on time and professionally cleaned all the window glass, including garage windows, door glass & two large picture windows. They checked several times to make sure they left no streaks. Jeremy told me about Superior's 30-day "rain guarantee" - if it rains they will return & touch up windows for free. Paid for the cleaning with a discount deal from Angies List, which made the project even better. Will definitely hire them again.

So great to have a team you can trust. We've used Scott and his team for many years now. They hang Xmas lights--thoroughly clean all windows and get our house in perfect shape for the holiday season.

It always goes great! We have many many windows so the price is based on that. There have been other times when I asked them to only do the outside windows, those facing the ocean, and I haven't had to worry about letting them in as they did it all from the outside.

These guys are the best at what they do!! Very Good.  Maintaining Stainless at the beach is no small task.  It looks great!
