Our initial estimate for windows and doors from another vendor was 25% higher and they could not help us reduce that cost. Bob spent a couple hours with us and helped us, as we changed some out-swing doors to sliders and reconfigure some casement windows to significantly reduce our window and door cost without sacrificing quality. .He knows the Fleetwood Products inside and out and was able to help us choose among the different models. He resolved a mistake that was made with our order in a timely and courteous manner and was just the ultimate professional. His company only sells the top brands: Marvin and Fleetwood.
