The company previously used by my son had stated that the heating unit was and quot;out of codeand quot; and the air conditioning unit compressor needed to be completely replaced at a cost of approximately $6,000 to $8,000. Specialized Mechanical saved me thousands of dollars.

I have been without AC for three days. I contacted two other highly rated companies from Angies list and Yelp but they could not help me until next week. After experiencing the hottest days of the year I could not put my family through 5 more days of this. I emailed the company at 1am and got a return call at 730 this morning. Jon worked me into his schedule and fixed my problem in no time. Jon was friendly knowledgable and trustworthy. Do not be a dummy like me and call other companies...give Jon a call first. I am honored to be the first person to rate him
