Jimi was Awesome! We had a vision of what we wanted, but listened to Jimi and utilized his 25+ years of experience and our pool turned out perfect! Most importantly, in my opinion, they were always on time. If we were told something was happening on Tuesday then it happened on Tuesday. No BS with this company. They are direct, to the point and do what they say they are going to do. Also, very responsive any day of the week. Very pleased!!!!

Jimi worked with us very closely in design of our new pool. He took into account our personal needs and the yard layout to include elevations and our beautiful view over Escondido. We were indecisive on specific products and Jimi made his recommendations on what would look best based on his experience. Jimi oversaw each phase of the construction. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly and appropriately. The outcome is a gorgeous spa and pool the whole family enjoys. Just the perfect size. It is definitely not your standard pool! Jimi had a vision of what our spa and pool should look like, and he delivered!

After interviews with three pool contractors Jimi had the
best ?can do? attitude and many ?extras? for free in the main price.  I really put Jimi to the test in his
company?s name of ??custom pools and spas?. 
This is important as I had particular enhancements especially to
attached spa that Jimi had to bring to reality. 
We also added many extras for walls, fire pit, steps and a beautiful
travertine patio in the development of our resort. Jimi?s prices were the best
and his workers did a timely and quality job. Believe me when I tell you the
importance of having a contractor with good and reliable workers, as they are
not all like this.  Jimi?s team did a

Great experience from start through project completion.  Jimi and his crew were professional and there were no hidden costs. Project was completed on schedule despite some weather delays.   We would recommend to all friends and family interested in pool building.

So I did the typical routine and got 3 estimates to resurface and
re-tile my pool that was built in the late 80's.  When Jimi cam by to
inspect the pool and give his estimate I knew I was going to pick him,
he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.  I felt very
comfortable talking and working with him from the beginning.  Once the
work started I was very pleased with the crew that came.  They were very
courteous and blew me away with how clean they worked.  I couldn't even
tell they had been there except for the work that was done on the pool.
 The final payment was right on with the original estimate.  The pool
is beautiful, such a great improvement.  I would highly recommend Jimi
and So Cal Custom Pools and Spas to anyone getting a pool or getting any
work done on their pool.
