My wife and I have been renting a home for years through Scanlon Realty Management. We have dealt with a couple other property managers in the past and none of them compared to Jim! He is on point, immediately responds to any question or concern, the perfect tie between a home owner a tenant, is sincere in delivering his service and most importantly doesn't make you feel like a number! Our experience with him has locked us in to keeping his company along with himself as our only choice for property management.

Jim Scanlon is the best real estate agent I have worked with. Many specialize in sales and do rental work on the side. Jim specializes in rental management which is rare. I had a plumbing issue while overseas, and Jim handled it with ease. I have worked with Jim for about 6 years. I wish I could use him for all my properties, however the others are out of state. Excellent! Jim Scanlon has always personally handled my rentals of three different spaces for business storage. They are very secure and well maintained. Minor repairs and painting have been done without my even noticing previously that they needed to be done. On the one occasion that a garage door spring broke it was repaired in a timely manner. I feel comfortable having my investment property managed by Jim - he handles it as if it were his own property. Issues are addressed in a timely manner; he communicates well with me and the renters, makes sure that the value of the property is maintained and advises me when repairs are necessary.

I could not have asked for a better solution than SRM. I met with Jim Scanlon and discussed my specific needs and expectations. I am overly detailed myself and usually find gaps in most service offerings, but found that SRM's comprehensive management strategy filled in a few blanks that I hadn't thought of prior to our meetings. Jim is hands on, makes a personal commitment and simply delivers!
