Words cannot express how grateful I am to Scott Jaeger and his team who’s work went above and beyond my expectations. The respectful team of workers have been a pleasure to have in my home and I absolutely love the results that would have only been achieved with Scott’s advice and attention to detail. My husband and I are designers and the materials we were using were sometimes unconventional. Scott didn’t seem phased by our odd requests but instead jumped on board to help us achieve whatever look we wanted. You can tell by his easy going demeanor that he has seen it all and has extensive experience in construction. It is comforting to have skilled people who can lead you toward your goal with a calm, cool, reassuring energy. We are so happy we used them. We will now begin work on the downstairs section of our home and will not hesitate to hire them again. I’ll never use anyone else for construction; Pro Pacific Builders is a rare find in this day in age.

We hired ProPacific to replace out front entry doors and window with newer Pella products.  The whole process was very smooth, with the work completed on time and as estimated.  There were no surprises from estimate to job completion.  They cleaned up everything, and the stucco retexturing looks fantastic.

We had hired ProPacific to replace leaking windows.  The week after they finished that job we had a hard rain and had a roof leak (the new windows did not leak and have not leaked).  Mike Jaeger was quick to respond and helped us get estimates for roof repair/replacement.  He and Scott also came back the next day and opened the drywall where the leaking occurred.  We discovered damage to several sets of french doors, which Mike and Scott promptly replaced.  This was our second experience with ProPacific and it went smoothly again.  We'd definitely rather not have had these repairs so close but feel very confident in ProPacific and the work they do.  Again the stucco repair/resurfacing is perfect and everything looks great.  We've been looking into replacing our front entry doors and window and have decided to use ProPacific for that project as well.  Mike has a key to our house and we're totally comfortable with him and Scott.

We first met Mike Jaeger for an estimate.  He was on time and spent time with us answering all our questions.  He emailed an estimate which was very much in line with his guestimate while at our house.  He was very professional and didn't pressure us to make a decision that day or anything.  We talked about options for replacement windows; our retrofit replacement windows were nearly all leaking which was the motivation for replacement.  We paid a deposit and Mike ordered the windows.  His brother, Scott, was primarily in charge of the actual installation, which also went smoothly.  They cleaned up afer themselves every day and finished right on time.  There were no surprises and the whole thing was a positive experience.  The windows look great and the stucco matching is perfect.  It's nearly impossible to tell that anything happened.  We will hire them again for sure.
