We had used PH Plumbing previously for some kitchen/plumbing issues so when we decided to preemptively replace our 14 year old water heater we got a quote from PH. PH was well below other quotes that we received. As before, Paul was very communicative with us, punctual, professional and thorough. In addition to removing and replacing the water heaters, he had to replace a very corroded hot water line ball valve as well as new water lines (we went from 1'' to 3/4'' lines) and a new gas line and valve. He also did an excellent job of cleaning everything up. Highly recommend.

Paul was recommended by a neighbor. Excellent service. Extremely responsive to all inquiries, from the initial request for a bid to the end. Was punctual and called ahead to let us know that he was on the way. Very professional and explained everything clearly. Did not try to "up sell" services.
Price was VERY competitive (we received several other bids and his was by far the lowest). I'm a nitpicker about contractors being licensed etc...and he was licensed with the Contractors State License Board, had a clean record with them and was well rated by the BBB.
Highly recommend.
