My overall experience with A-1 Lock & Safe was very good. Mark did the job completely and the safe works great.

I called Mark directly because I had his name from a real estate agent. We discussed and agreed to a specific date and time range. When he did not show up, I called him to see if he was delayed and he indicated he was on vacation that day. He had no apology and no explanation, despite the fact that he was the one who had set the date with me, it was not done through a dispatcher. He indicated that I could call Dispatch and they might be able to help. He did not seem to care one way or the other. Jeff at the dispatch number was able to come out that same day, although they were 30 mins late. I was happy to have them come out, and not take yet another day off from work.But I will never use this company again.
