the team was very professional. they had a few small accidents where they damaged plants or exterior lighting, but they made it right ASAP.

Excellent.. i cant emphasize how happy i am with the professional work performed, the quality of the windows installed, the fast response and the fair price.. i love my new windows... absolutely beautiful work.

They are great. They are really nice. I had a few other companies come out , they were the cheapest. I was impress by the guy they sent to give us the bid.

Unprofessional, bad after service, "Rude receptionists". 'DO pay until job is complete' I had contracted Newman Replacement Windows to replace all windows(14) and a door. Everything started off fine was given fair pricing.. (though I had not been given discounts as I was informed). On the install date 8-10 guys who showed up and they installed all doors and windows, till then everything was fine. During installation they found one window frame was broken, and two window locks not working. I was hesitant to pay in full as I feared they would delay to fix the issues. Exactly that's what happened. As I paid full amount less $200 (that's not cost of one window). The installation guy promised that someone from office should contact me before end of the week. However no one called. I called them back to check on status and I was transferred to service ???? why service this was not a service job... to me the installation job was not complete. Newman-Service informed me that they need to work with the service department of ply-gem and as they were only dealers they cannot fix... they will have ply-gem company come down and fix it. Again I was promised an update in few days. There was no communication for another two weeks.. I called back Russell (the rep) to check on the service and he said he would talk to the service folks at Newman to get updated. Needless to say they have not returned any of my communications and have charged me for the contract. Its been over two months I called them back and the service guy again made promise to send me an update on the service by day end... a week passes by no update. I called them after two weeks and was informed by the service personal that they do not have any updated as there was no response back from Ply-Gem. I called them again..and the same message was conveyed. I re-dialed and requested the receptionist to transfer to manager... she asked my issue and informed me that the service is doing their job and this is only way out of this for me. She was very rude.. and offered to transfer me to a voice mail.. and leave a message for the manager. Now its been 2 and half months I have 3 windows that do not lock. One broken window. I have a serious security concern as windows cant lock. Finally after multiple calls and talking with manager, a service rep came in and fixed the window locks. However the broken window frame is yet not fixed and no communication on when it will be replaced. I was informed the office manager will call you... again NO CALL BACK!!!!

Several windows required adjustments by Milgard, the manufacturer.  Because of this, Newman deferred completing the installation of the interior trim on those windows..  After Milgard's work, it required three follow-up appointments to get the correct trim installed(a Milgard issue), which resulted in the job finally being completed more than two months after the start.  Fortunately. it was only a cosmetic issue and not critical to the window's performance.  Newman did keep us informed all along the way.  The job is now complete and we are very pleased despite the delays.

All work was done on schedule and with professionalism.  Shortly after installation, realized the window overhang didn't project outward enough to prevent run-off from splashing onto and into the window.  We contacted Newman Windows, and even though they told us the installed overhang was 'standard', they came out and reinstalled a more substantive overhang at no additional charge!

We have four very old windows upstairs. The workers told us that they were about 1/8 of an inch thick. (The house was built in 1968.) They came in and installed new dual payne ones for us. It was not easy pulling the older ones out, but the installers worked their way through it and did an excellent job fitting the new ones in to look strong and ready for any change in the weather. They did the job in a reasonable amount of time and were excellent at cleaning up their work area. They answered all my questions as they were working on the job and the outcome was just what we wanted.

The work went very smoothly. The crews arrived on time and worked hard throughout the 2 1/2 days they were here. Several of the windows were very high and in addition we have a 3 story house. There were no complaints about the extra work that this entailed, and everyone was polite and hardworking. Jason headed up the installation crew, along with his assistant, Brendon. He was very thorough on checking everything, and found a small defect in one of the windows and on one of the door handles, which was passed on and reported to the manufacturer, Milgard. We have an appointment to have these inspected by Mildgard for replacement. At the end of the job he went through all the windows and doors with me to go over everything. Both Jason and Brendon went over how to clean and care for the glass, frames, and tracks.
In addition, Jason and Brendon worked very conscientiously to clean all the windows, especially the high ones. They checked with me to see what I thought. Even though they looked great at the time, I told them that I wouldn't really be able to tell until the 5:00 sun hit them. They got approval from Newman's that if there were any smears visible in the late afternoon sun, they would come out and reclean the windows. They were as good as their word, and we have an appointment next week to have them recleaned.
We were very happy with everyone in the company with all phases of the job!

Sales rep and installers were very professional. Great customer service. Pleased with the quality of work preformed.

This was the second time I have used this company and would not go any where else. I had one put in several years ago in my living room and was very thankful for the protection from the sun. It keeps the heat and damaging rays very low. The workers are very professional and do a fantastic clean up afterwords.

The Newman Windows and Doors installation crew arrived on time and completed the installation on time in 3 hours. The 2 person crew was efficient, professional and they left me with a beautiful set of new vinyl French doors.

Darren from Newman Windows came out in Summer of 2012 and gave me an estimate on all slider door and window replacements in my house. I choose to replace two windows at that time and the remaining ones in Summer 2013. They sell Milgard Windows which I wanted and their price was better than other estimates that I received. They came on the day and time that we scheduled for the install. The employees were friendly and professional. One of my windows had stucco wrapped around the old window frame and they had a supervisor come out and took extra time to make sure to remove that one without cause damage to the stucco. All the new doors and windows look great. I got the extra sound protection for my windows facing the noisy street and it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend them for new slider doors/windows.

The installation was inside the 3 hour window that we discussed, the installation went smoothly and the doors are solid, sealed and look beautiful. I recommend the retrofit installation for doors and windows, it is clean, quick and looks great without tearing into the structure of your home or condo.
