Found outdoor outlett retained water - simple fix. Was very honest and found the issue immediately. Fantastic.

The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable.  

It went well. The company owner came out to my house for an estimate.  We agreed that running the line outside of the house in a conduit was the best option.  I said I would remove the old cook top and have the new one ready to drop in.  He said he would do that for me but was OK with me doing it.  Two of his guys came out and did an acceptable job running the line, connecting the range top, and dropping it into the cut out. I would have been OK with them just doing the wiring part as agreed, but they completed the job.  I was pleased. I gave only an average score for quality because the outside conduit could have been more neatly dressed to the contours on the outside walls.  But it was acceptable work that met my expectations.

Bill will come to estimate the scope of the work, then return to complete the job. In this case, 2 old lights needed replacing, and some other lamps that he replaced previously needed the bulbs moved. The outlets in the house needed replacing because when a cord was inserted, the fit was not tight, so I asked him to replace them.

The two techs that came out were really nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Their pricing was pretty expensive though, so we didn't go with them.

Arpad was very professional, other team members were fine. He wasn't able to find the replacement part for our older ceiling fan so its till not fixed. Outside electrical works great. Garage electrical was installed professionally and is fine. One thing i didn't like is that they don't do a goof job of repairing what they damage while doing install work. For example they had to cut a hole in the wall to put in the electrical line - instead of retexturing the wall and filling over the holes it is still there with screws holding it in place. They say they don't do drywall and painting, but they sure know how to put a hole in the wall. Maybe I'm overly optimistic about full service.

Mr. Electric guy came over and gave me an exact price and did the job on the spot! He was neat and tidy over my new kitchen counters and made sure to clean up after himself. He was very respectful of my home and was able to talk to me in simple language so I understood what needed to be done (not like the other guy I had come out). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. ELECTRIC!
