He did a very thorough inspection prior to the tenant moving in and made sure that the move-in by the new tenant would go smoothly for both the landlord and the tenants. Patrick is extremely professional, pleasant, energetic and knowledgeable. It went exactly as it was supposed to go!  We had a disagreement with our landlord and Patrick was hired by her.  Instead of arguing
and the landlord disagreeing, Patrick at Manager 4 Less came in to communicate with her and advised her to do the right thing.
We had a very bad water issue and had to move quickly. The landlord did not want to give us our deposit back.  We left the house cleaner than when we moved in and Patrick new that.  He told the landlord to just give us our deposit back and move on.  He had her house rented within 1 week. We got our deposit back, just as Patrick promised he would do for us. We had our check within 2 days of moving out.   I would recommend him and his company Manager 4 Less to anyone that needs property management. He is quick, efficient, and a man of his word. Not easy to find these days! He was also very professional and always answered our calls or returned them promptly.

Without him handling our situation, I know things would not have turned out the way it did.. .the right way!  I will have him handle my rental the next time!

Before working with Manager 4 Less, I was using a large company based in San Diego but, because I had a few issues, I decided to move my account to a more reputable company.
