We looked and looked for a set of leather love seats that fit our decor and our budget. Karin helped us find just what we wanted, and worked to get us the best possible price. Macy's has a 30-day price guarantee, and Karin new what we wanted was going to be $200 cheaper in an upcoming sale. Not only did she tell us that at the time, she called us when the sale was going on to remind us to put in for the refund! Karin is very bubbly and fun to work with too, but she knew when to leave us alone and never pressured us.
