I had the extreme misfortune of dealing with this office when they represented the seller of the home I bought. Candice Mellor was lazy, dishonest (actually denied her identity as Seller's Agent at one point - probably ashamed to admit it), unprofessional, rude, and in my opinion utterly undeserving of a Real Estate Agent's License. She was absent and unresponsive throughout the transaction and sent an apathetic and incompetent transaction coordinator to handle her work. It took about a month of relentless effort to get a response to a simple repair request. She let her seller down and made our life miserable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office like the plague!

Carol was the most efficient agent ever. She found us the house we wanted in 5 weeks, and completed the transaction in the most helpful and reliable way. She also sold our old condo in about the same time. She was as flexible with her time and available as possible. When we needed to fix up the old house, she helped us get the professionals for that. She was helpful at each and every step, and always very pleasant.
