I had been in the residential Real Estate business for 10 plus years in another state. I have dealt with many real Estate agents some decent... most of them terrible... but Jeff was the exception to the rule. He listened closely to us and was willing to show us properties which were not properties HE had listed... but rather properties he thought would be right for us. As a result we found a place we liked at a price we could live with in a very short period of time.
Jeff knew the ropes and was able to advise us as to proper procedure here in California and made the usually painful process of buying a home a breeze. We were able to get exactly what we wanted with nary a problem. Unheard of in this day and age.
I would recommend Jeff to anyone... especially my friends. Friendly and easygoing fellow with a great sense of humor that knows what he is doing and deals honestly with his clients... what a concept!
