I’ll be honest I would a little skeptical or worried based on bad prior plumber experience, but Phil was a true professional who took time to assess the job accurately, provide fair pricing, and explain clearly what would be completed. While I used Phillip for the installation of a water heater he did check other things in relation to the water heater and diagnosed an issue that could have been a problem down the road. He rectified that issue as well. Great attention to detail.
