THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT CHECKING YOUR LAWN AND RECOMMENDING FERTILIZER, ETC... THEY ASK YOU HOW OFTEN YOU WANT THEM TO COME TO AERATE, AND THEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO REMEMBER TO CALL THEM. THEY JUST LEAVE A BILL AT YOUR DOOR.
