It went well, I showed up just before the lunch rush so my car was completed in about an hour.
The service person pointed out to me the damage to my tires and recommended that I get an alignment which is a service that Costco does not provide.
They told me that the time would be about an hour and it was.
Highly recommended.

I was not satisfied with instal of Kitchen window, since it was "custom" and measured by them.  I did not complain, but rather their customer service called to ask if I was happy, when I explained their was a problem, they sent out man who originally measured.  He said he would check to see if anything could be done.  About a week later 2-17-2012 he came back and completed job to my approval.  Good customer service!

They are very good, but they are a little slower and their insurance policy is not as good. It is not a total replacement or a no charge replacement. When scheduling I have to do a little more planning. For them also like the other tire companies I used I have to set up an appointment, unless I want to sit and wait there. I spent $500 or less on that service.

They person that did the installation was excellent. They did not put the color that I ordered, but it was the color that I was happy with. They would have fixed it if I hadn?t been happy with it. They installation was great and I was very happy with them, and they were very prompt.

They give you the best warranty and prices. It has a great array of products that you can buy there. They provide excellent customer service and know their customers. We love that place. We use them at least twice a month. I would melt and go away if they ever went out of business.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CAKE. WHILE IT WAS DELICIOUS, THE DECORATING WAS AWFUL AND NOT WHAT WE HAD ORDERED. THERE WAS NO DESIGN ON THE CAKE AS WE HAD ORDERED, THE WRITING LOOKED LIKE A 3 YEAR OLD DID IT. THEIR RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT WAS NOT RETURNED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND ONLY PROVIDED AN EXCUSE FOR THE DECORATOR, DUE TO HER CONDITION.
