"We are disappointed that this client chose to express himself in a public venue before speaking with us directly. We are addressing his concerns and are proceeding with the work (with additional services) without compensation. He was cited for building without a permit and asked us to correct this problem. Subsequently he changed the terms of our agreement regarding payment and failed to supply required documents requested by the Building Dept., thus delaying the permit. We have a proven track record and trust that the reader will recognize this rare occurrence, understand our position and recognize our intent to rectify the situation."
