They have the rudest front staff ever. Out of the several times I have called them in the past year, they have only returned my call once to explain that the person I had requested to call me would not be able to get back to me for a while and they never returned my call. I am shocked at the level of apathy as well of lack of manners and grace that any of their staff shows. Nobody deserves to be treated rudely. I have tried every single week for a year to get with them as I hear that their doctors are very good but have had no luck. They continue to explain that I need updated paperwork in order to receive care. I have updated my paperwork multiple times but they do not return my calls for several months. When I finally get through to them they explain they hadn't contacted me due to a lack of updated paperwork. If they would have simply responded to begin with they would have had the new paperwork at the time. Cecilia is their insurance coordinator. She is not only the least likely to return your calls but when she does she is very rude as well. When I called her on it, I explained that it occurs to me that she should be a little more polite as the patients are paying her to work. She went off explaining that the customers are always asking for too many things.
