hardscaping
 + -1 morePROBLEMS WITH EVERY ASPECT. ELECTRICAL WORK NOT UP TO STANDARDS, MAJOR LEAK AND SEEPAGE IN IN GROUND FOUNTAIN, CHARGED ME FOR MULCH AND SOIL AND IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. THEY DUMPED THE EXISTING CLAY SOIL BACK INTO THE PLANTERS AND PLANTS ARE DYING. MIXED THE WRONG COLOR OF CONCRETE SO I HAVE TWO OBVIOUS SECTIONS THAT DON'T MATCH. I AM HAVING TO PAY OTHER CONTRACTORS TO CORRECT AND BRING THEIR WORK UP TO CODE. I'VE RECEIVED NUMEROUS LETTERS OF NON-COMPLIANCE FROM THE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION. RELUCTANT TO CORRECT WORK AND BASICALLY NEVER CHECKED ON THE QUALITY DURING THE PROCESS.
