For full disclosure, I retired from an affiliated Chamberlain Company last month. They managed one of our properties for years until we sold it, and now will pick up another one.
Mary, who reviews your property for you, and the Agent team behind her are outstanding. They truly make renting your home including maintenance as easy as reading your monthly statement.
The big plus for us is "No Surprises", I.E. No bad tenants, No ignored work, that turns into emergency's. Just professional service, with a small town company local flavor.
