Did an outstanding job. they showe up on time. spotted the carpet, cleaned the carpet and had it dry before leaving. The service was top notch.

They were great. They were on time. The cost was what was quoted. It was perfect.

The owner/operator, John, arrived within the scheduled timeframe (10 AM to 12 AM). He perfromed measurements of the carpet, stairs and couch and provided a written quote for the job, which was accepted. The price was a hundred dollars less than any of the previous services we had used. He finished within the estimated time, and the work he performed was outstanding. He explained that the four nozzel rotary carpet extractor he used, more effectively cleaned, than the horizontal fixed nozzel extractor used by his competitors, and he was correct, as the carpets cleaned up better than ever before. He removed his equipment and cleaned up, and other than a much cleaner couch and carpets, one would never know he had been here. He completed the job on time, for the cost quoted,without any additional fees, and did a much better job than any of the previous carpet cleaners. I will highly recommend his services to my friends and relatives, and will call on him again, for my needs.

I had been putting off this job for longer than I wanted because I didn't have the name of a reputable and local carpet cleaner. I returned to Angie's List for help and felt that Carlsbad Carpet Cleaning Co. stood out in the ratings. I scheduled the work a week ahead of time and was given very clear information about how charges would be calculated. The two gentlemen who did the work were punctual and very professional. They accommodated two additional requests (the dining room chairs and the study) without a problem. My only worry was that it was an unexpected rainy day and I was concerned that the carpets wouldn't dry easily. Everything looked beautiful and was completely dry within 24 hours. I am completely satisfied with the service I received.

I was pretty happy with the service. Could not get all the stains out but I was forewarned of that before they did the job. It looked great. The only thing that I didn't expect was that the carpets took longer to dry than the cleaner told me- more like three days rather than 48 hours. But that was minor. I would definitely use this company again.

They were very professional. They were on time. They cleaned the carpets, but then a few days later when the movers moved our things in it got dirty again. So we called them and they came out and redid the carpets free of charge.

The owner arrived on time and did an excellent job. We will use this company again. Carpets looked like new and with a small child in the home it was a big task!

Excellent service. John arrived on time, completed job timely. Neat, left paper walkways, used booties. Totally trustworthy work. This is the second time Carlsbad Carpet Cleaning has cleaned the carpets in this house, and the look fabulous (including pet stains and excessive wear areas).

Their pricing is the best in my area. They do extremely good work. On previous occasions, they have cleaned my carpets. The carpets always seem to stay nice for a longer period of time versus other companies results. They use good quality products. They have been in business for a number of years.

JOHN HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 20 YEARS AND IT SHOWS. I CALLED HIM BECAUSE OF THE REPORT ON ANGIE'S LIST. HE DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. HE GOT ALL THE STAINS OUT. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN AND I'LL RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

A GREAT CO. DOES A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB WITHOUT SKIPPING HARD TO GET PLACES. GOES THE EXTRA MILE. PUTS FURNITURE UP ON FOAM AND LEAVES PAPER FOR WALKING, BUT MOST OF ALL IS THE EQUIPMENT HE USES.

HAS CLEANED MY CARPETS FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS, HE DOES THE VERY BEST OF ANYONE I HAVE EVER TRIED. THE BEST IN NORTH COUNTY. I WOULD RECOMMEND, AND HAVE, TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS. TAKES TIME, IS TRUSTWORTHY.
