Everything was installed, serviced, adjusted and lubricated. A creaky old garage door now works perfectly. The technician was prompt, efficient and courteous.

Excellent. Work requested was for maintenance, not repair! Service was better than anticipated. Technician performed thorough inspection and maintenance and recommended keeping an eye only on specific areas that potentially may need to be repaired within a year, if condition worsens. There was no attempt to "oversell" or engage in "salesmanship".

Prior to BMS we contacted a couple of Garage Doors companies. They all charged a fee to give an estimation. They all were bait and switch; they gave us a range of prices on the phone, but the quoted price was larger than the range given. BMS does not charge for estimation, they are very professional and honest. They came promptly and did the job in no time, at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

We used an Angie's List coupon to have a garage door tune-up. The technician was very professional and and thoroughly went over what he did and made recommendations of work needing repair. We will definitely use them again in the future

Morning of 11/22/17 found Angies list deal so entered the offer and got a call back within an hr. Bryan had a guy go to our house that same day. He found the problem with our garage door fixed it and did some needed maint. I am a happy customer and so is my wife.

Chris was able to view/measure then, at a later date, get the door installed without me being there! We communicated via text/phone and all I had to do was coordinate with the tenant. Chris sent an invoice after work was complete and we were satisfied. Paid invoice via Square in 30 seconds. BMS didn't have the least expensive nor most expensive quote - right in the middle. The straightforward quote, quick responses, and great service made me happy that I didn't take a chance on the "low price leader". I will use BMS again.

I called in a panic on Saturday at 4:00pm because my garage door would not close all of the way. I did not want to leave it open overnight or until Monday which is when several companies said they would be able to come out. Brian, the owner, made a phone call and was able to get his tech, Armando, out to my house and by 5:10, my garage door was fixed. Armando explained what was wrong, showed me what he had to do to repair it, did a "tune up, " and was very pleasant and polite. I called Brian to thank him again for the prompt service and he could not have been nicer. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.
