Tom showed up for an initial walkthrough just to update me on my new salt water pool. He was polite, but didn’t seem to know much about my filtration system or solar control panel. He said he would come back on the following Wednesday to “look more closely”, but he never came back.

I had this vendor install a pool heater I purchased. His price of $450 seemed to be the standard rate, as I queried three companies and got the same result (even though one started at $350). Was prompt on bid and work. Was very quick in completion of work. Unit was functioning when completed. I was satisfied.

Tom is such a nice guy. Very professional and explained to us how to do things with our pool/hot tub. He installed a heater and pump - a lot of work - quickly and professionally. It all worked perfectly. Would definitely hire again.

In spite of the fact our home layout made it difficult to get a new pool heater into place, the work was performed quickly, efficiently and with no damage to our house or any of the landscaping. Very professional. Very fast. Beat everyone else's prices. Would highly recommend them.
