 + -1 moreTerrible experience. I've purchased many high-end lamps from Black Whale, but the last experience was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I ordered a torchiere lamp two months ago and was initially promised delivery within one to two weeks. After following up several times over the past two months, I was promised that I would receive word of the delivery "within the week." A call never came from Black Whale -- I had to follow up each time. After the last email providing information of yet another delay, I had to cancel the order. I will not *ever* recommend Black Whale.
Description of Work: Sold high-end lamps.
