Damion Pallasch and his four-member crew were professional, and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. They arrived on time, did a quality job washing our windows and vacuuming out the window tracks. If there was a streak or smear, Damion was on it and made sure his workers went back to make it perfect. He even spent some extra time working to get some hard water stains off one window. I will hire Award Window Cleaning in the future.

I called the company on 2/29 /2016  and spoke with Damian Pallasch.. He and his brother Aaron came out the next day and cleaned my windows and doors. It took about 1 hr. and 45  min.  They were so quiet.  And I would look up and see Aaron outside and I knew that I had just seen him in the house and wondered how did suddenly get outside - I hadn't heard anything. Quiet!

I WILL be using their services again!!

Extremely pleased with the entire service.  Plan to use them again, when needed.  You can't go wrong with this company.  the crew is punctual, professional and does a GREAT job.  They even cleaned large mirrors I was waiting to hang.

 I called around 9:00AM to schedule an appointment. Before choosing this service, I researched Angies List to find a provider. I received a return call by 10:00AM.  The owner said he would call me back to schedule a date.  By 12:30PM, Damion, the owner, called to see if we were interested in having the service the same day.  By 4:30PM on the same day, all windows were perfect.  His crew of five workers were polite and efficient.  They will have my business in the future.

Damion arrived on time after giving me a quote over the phone based on the sizes and number of windows I gave him.  He had 2 young men helping him.  they moved the furniture and outdoor plants and furniture and were very careful, they replaced everything where it was.  They were very detailed and conscientious, the tracks were perfectly clean as were the windows.  They were professional and friendly.  They quoted me a price lower than the actual price so discounted the price to reflect the phone quote.  They did such a good job I paid the higher price by 25$ because I would have given them a tip anyway since the price was low and they did such a good job.  I will use them every year.  it was a stress free experience, which is difficult to find.

They did a great job on everything.  We have close to 20 windows and two 8-foot sliders, and the job took less than 2 hours.  They even did the little windows in the garage doors.  I am impressed with the quality of the job, and with the cost under $200, I will probably be doing this more often and using Award Window Cleaning again.

They are the best and by far the most thorough window cleaners I have ever used.  The service was just perfect.  I will absolutely work them in the future.  Damion the owner is highly professional, honest and a perfectionist.  The company is also licensed and bonded.

They did an excellent job. They had all the equipment that they needed to complete the job. The price and quality was excellent. They first quoted us a price, but after they finished the job, we were able to pay them less. They got here when they said they would and they were professional. Started with 3 workers, then became four workers who spent 4.5 hours doing a truly remarkable job.  Windows have never looked this clear - ever!  Every worker was professional in manner and performance.  We were both very impressed.  Award Window Cleaning was recommended by a neighbor.  We highly recommend them, as well.

If you're trying to choose a window cleaning service you can rest assured that Award Window Cleaning is an excellent choice.   Their price was substantially lower than two other quotes I received so I was a little apprehensive at first.  I had read many positive customer reviews and met with Damion for the initial quote.  I've used professional window cleaning services in the past on several other properties so I'd say I have a good idea of what to expect from a provider and I feel like I know what an constitutes an A+ window service.  
My normal provider for window cleaning services was booked up for months and so I had to go looking for another company that could get our job done before we have guests arrive next week.  I originally contacted Damion at Award Window Cleaning and emailed him some pictures of the potential job.  He emailed me back that evening and scheduled to meet me the following day.   After estimating the job he sent me an estimate in writing.  We scheduled a date for the job the following week.   When they showed up they were on time.  In fact I was late meeting them at the property and they had already started on the outside.  His crew of 3 were courteous and fast.  I noticed that they took their shoes off when inside on the carpet.  Not a big deal to me, but I know many would appreciate such thoughtfulness.   As they were finishing up the job, I went around to check everything out and honestly it was perfect.  Every track had been cleaned out, every screen had been removed and washed, and all the windows were streak and spot free.  We have quite a few windows, so I found it hard to believe that I couldn't find one imperfection but that's the fact of the matter.   It's obvious that this is their profession and all of the guys take it seriously.   
If you're debating who to choose as your window cleaning company you can feel confident selecting the team at Award Window Cleaning.   They provide an excellent service, they're professional and courteous and their prices are very competitive.

I had this company clean our windows last year and had them return for my annual cleaning. Once again, they did a terrific job and I am happy with the cleanliness of the windows. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

     I contacted Award Window Washing online through Angie's List.  They got right back to me, asked some questions about the job, and called back the same day to schedule the appointment.  A two man crew arrived on time, checked out the job and gave us an estimate which we were very pleased with.   Our home is 40 years old with the original windows that hadn't been cleaned in a while as we had been doing a remodel and landscaping.  
      The crew got right to work and  about four and a half hard working hours later the job was done.  They did an amazing job.  Every window sparkled--no streaks, tracks were clean and screens so clean they almost disappeared.  The crew took care to protect our new hardwood floors and carpeting and did a thorough final inspection to make sure everything was perfect.
We were impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and work ethic of this crew and would highly recommend Award Window Cleaning.

Damien and his crew did a fabulous job and I recommend them highly! Damien is a perfectionist and insisted that every window be spotless. He worked hard to meticulously clean the tracks and screens. He definitely went above and beyond.

Damion and his crew were absolutely fantastic!  After I sent the initial inquiry, Damion replied via personal email and Angie's List messaging immediately, and called the next day.  He was very conscientious about giving me an accurate bid even though I had provided him with a count of the window.  He asked permission to get my address and look online on Google to see the exact size and condition of the windows.  I thought this was smart, efficient, and conscientious.  After an agreed upon price, we booked a date. He called when they were running 15 minutes behind and showed up exactly on time then, ready to go.  He asked for a walk through to confirm the price while his crew got everything set up.  Then he told me exactly how they would approach the work and made sure that I was comfortable with the procedure.  They did an amazing job!  The windows look beautiful, he was extremely thorough, and managed his crew well.  He was continually spot checking their work in between the windows he was doing and managing them.  At the end he moved all furniture back EXACTLY where it was, and walked through where there was some condensation in between the window panes so that I would know which windows to contact the builder about fixing.  I was very impressed, they worked efficiently yet in a very detailed way.  I would absolutely recommend this crew and use them again!  In fact, I have already referred them to two different people.  Thank you for being professional, conscientious, and detailed in your work!

.these folks are great!three very capable fellows arrived and introduced themselves and met the dogs.they then proceeded to attack the windows with military precision.they were respectful of all the furnishings inside and out.inside the house they work in socks and vacuum all of the sills before and shelves before washing and drying.they will move items and put them back.this company is a window washing haters' dream--give them a try! we have a single story house with 22 windows plus the sliding glass door.

I would definitely recommend these guys and will definitely use them again. Damien returned my call promptly when I called to set up an appointment & was very accommodating in suiting my schedule. He was polite, punctual, professional and personable. Damien and A.J. did an excellent and thorough job of cleaning the windows in my home - interior,exterior, screens and tracks - working steadily for three hours plus. I've used several window cleaning companies in the past and this is far and away the cleanest the windows have ever been.
