We received AVSD contact information from Pacific Sales Morena Blvd where we purchased our new 55" Sony Ultra HD 4K Smart TV in their Home Theatre department.  We did not want an elaborate  home theatre set up but needed to determine whether our existing TV components (BluRay, speakers, receiver, remote) were salvagable.  David understood our needs, didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need.  We appreciated his honesty in evaluating our components. We had purchased a soundbar but David advised that our speakers were great and we didn't need a soundbar- that saved us some money.   He and our tech Jason were extremely professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, and did an outstanding job.  My husband and I are complete technology nerds and couldn't have set up the tv/components on our own.  We want service done right, done once, and done top notch...and that's exactly what we got.  Very happy with the new, easier to use, Harmony remote; TV color and sound were balanced for the room and our needs.  Great job!

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. David was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he was accessible whenever we had questions via email or phone. He made excellent recommendations for both the installation and our speaker setup, and the results were spectacular.
