Fine, was not easy but did the job and kept it within the "deal" coupon value of $200 although he said would normally have run closer to $250 for the job.

It was excellent, they were very nice and professional.

I just paid for the big deal which is $55.  I certainly will use them next I have a falling.

The service turned  out good.  They charged us a lot more. They were fine, and we would have paid that to anybody we called. They were very good. I wasn't there, my wife was there. I would use them again if they were on Angie's List, and I was there.

I hired a handyman to do this job a few weeks go. He installed the cartridge backwards so that the hot was on the cold side and visa versa. Then the faucet started leaking. I thought this was a simple job, but I ended up hiring a plumber. The plumber from this company told me exactly what he was going to do  to correct the problem and he did it. He also explained exactly what the costs would be, depending on what he found . once he got inside the faucet. I will definitely would use this company again.

The part they ordered did not fix the problem. In the meantime, we found out we had a water heater issue. This all led to our insurance company hiring another plumber who said Assurance Plumbing used the wrong part and over charged. There were also scheduling issues. They would call us on the day of the appointment and cancel.

The customer service was fine, the technician was kind of a pain. He had to come back out on 3 different occasions. I'm not going to use them again.

Fixed some toilet parts

He did a good job. In addition to fixing the water heater he advised that the outlet for the water heater needed to be repaired and suggested calling and electrician.  I have and they are coming to fix it today.

I found Assure Plumbing through a deal on Angie's list . I needed my garbage disposal replaced and Daniel did a GREAT job! I appreciated that he was on time, down to earth, knowledgeable and has 20 years of experience. I also learned a few things about disposals which was helpful! If I ever have plumbing issues in the future (will probably be my water heater!), I will definitely call Assure again. Very happy!

Job completed rapidly and efficiently. The plumber was friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

It went OK, the heater was back up working again after the service. Nothing really stands out or disappointing.

I had the service guy took a look at other project I'd like to have done. He promise to get back but never did.

Daniel came out and was very timely. He did an awesome job! I've already used them again.

It was fine, it was good.  The only thing he did not do was to do the other faucet that I wanted him to do which I was a little disappointed.  It might be my husband’s fault for not having do that.  He was really personable, he explained what he was doing, and I thought he was a good guy.
