Ritchie came the next day, measured the humidity and referred us to a hygienist. After the results came in, Ritchie sent his crew to demolish the cabinets and drywall and install fans and dehumidifiers. Because we are not using insurance (it's a long story), he worked with us on the cost and did not inflate his bill.
After the kitchen was dry, we noticed humidity again! He sent his assistant, George, who made more measurement and referred us to a leak detective. He confirmed the absence of leak, and pointed to a possible outside irrigation system that might be defective. And he was right.
We needed more drying, and George left us with fans, AT NO COST.
My review mentioned "moral support" and it's true. When choosing Acme, you can call or email Ritchie, he will respond quickly and will make sure that you're taken care of. He knows a lot of other people who could come and help us in a day's notice (hygienist, leak investigator). This made the whole process less stressful.
I highly recommend this company, for their honesty, professionalism and knowledge.
