I was really glad that Alisa kept a positive outlook despite my sometimes negative and frustrated emotions. There's always issues that come up, but I must say Alisa was really thorough- and always stayed one step ahead with the contractor. After understanding my intentions from the beginning, she took care of it and was always in communication with the contractor, which is hard to find- a reliable, communicative, logical, and savvy designer. She also understands that money doesn't grow on trees, and was flexible with design ideas and looking on line for better appliance prices etc. Would definitely recommend!
