Oregon Trail Remodeling and Restoration

Oregon Trail Remodeling did a fantastic job. Marc was extremely responsive and easy to work with from the beginning. He really knows what he is doing, especially in dealing with homeowners insurance claims. We appreciated that he worked with the insurance company to obtain a fair estimate of the value of water damages, and did so with a great deal of integrity. High-quality work was completed on time. Throughout the renovation process, we continued to work with Marc, but most of our daily communication was with our project manager, Travis. Both of these guys are highly professional and knowledgable. They were readily available when we had questions or needed to discuss something and we received prompt responses (although we were pretty mindful of calling/texting only during business hours). We were also provided with daily (or more frequent) updates when we were out of town. Subcontractors did a good job. We inspected work closely, as did Marc and Travis, and they had subcontractors come back to touch things up or re-do certain things when necessary. The result was a beautiful modern kitchen that we are very happy with.

After interviewing several contractors, we selected Jeremy Parsons of Oregon Trail Remodeling for our project. As my husband and I were out of state and could only visit once a month, it was important to have someone that we could really trust to oversee the project and keep us apprised of the work and costs. We are also quite picky and demanding and wanted someone that would pay close attention to detail to meet our high expectations. We were so fortunate to have found Jeremy. We had some issues with the architect we initially hired. Jeremy rectified the situation and found another architect that worked with all of us to get the plans permitted. Jeremy stuck with us for many months to get these issues resolved before the project was even able to start. Once the work began, he updated us on a daily basis and was extremely responsive. I feel that he always had our best interests in mind and did what he could to keep the costs down and stay on budget. While we added additional work to that which was initially planned due to some unexpected damage and some extra requests we made, Jeremy made it all happen, and always with a great attitude. His subcontractors did quality work. Jeremy optimized and coordinated the activities of the various subcontractors so that the project was finished in a timely manner. He is an incredibly honest person with great integrity who made sure that every detail of the project was what we wanted, right through the very end. Even our neighbors appreciated Jeremy and his subcontractors’ work as they did everything possible to minimize the disruption. Jeremy really treated the project as if it was his own home. He also provided some great suggestions that helped us add even better features to the house. The final product was nothing short of spectacular. While remodeling is a stressful endeavor, Jeremy certainly made the experience much easier and we were extremely pleased with the results. Jeremy is a superb contractor and a wonderful person to work with. There is no doubt that if we ever needed someone again, we would go to no one else.

It was excellent. Superb. The owner, his name is Marc and he was really understanding on the schedule, being flexible according to my schedule because I wanted to be at home and they worked around my schedule for me. All the workers that he hired did a professional work. They were a referral by my plumber. Originally, because it was flooded I had to call the plumber and I called the plumber and the plumber referred me to that person. It was a fixed price because of the insurance company so I can’t rate it. The quality was excellent. The responsiveness and punctuality was good. Everything was excellent.

We interviewed a lot of different contractors for our addition.  We chose Oregon Trail Remodeling because they were very responsive, provided a detailed breakdown of the various tasks and costs, revised their breakdowns promptly as we changed our plans, seemed very knowledgeable, had great references, and had the lowest cost.  Most of the time they sent us weekly emails telling us what work was scheduled to be done that week.  Their various crews and subcontractors showed up when scheduled, and there was never any gap when nothing was being done.  When we had questions, they always responded to us that same day.  The project was finished in even less time than they had quoted us up front.  There were a few times when a subcontractor did work that were not satisfied with, and Oregon Trail was quick to have the subcontractor return to redo the work to our satisfaction.  We were very impressed with their professionalism and service, and would highly recommend them.
