Mike made four or more promises he would have plans ready to review but when we appeared at office they were either not completed or he would miss the appointment. His reception staff knew we were being mistreated and gave us the impression that this was a frequent problem. We finally had to document our attempts to meet with him in order to restore our insurance companies cooperation to hire another firm. The constant theme from Mike seemed to be deception/dishonesty.
