Fantastic! Cathy was absolutely great in finding a place for us. Our prior agent we used retired and highly recommended Cathy Ware knows Santa Cruz area inside out. FYI, she was 100% correct. Cathy knew which condominiums were built well and knew about the property management group. She also knew which places had pending legal problems with complexes etc.
Cathy checked all the places before showing us the place. We made a couple of bids on two places. The third place we bid on we got the offer. Essentially they just reduced the selling price and she got us to see it immediately. The place was solidly built, a small complex which was managed by good Property Management group. We bought this with the purpose of renting it. The place was easy to rent plus Cathy estimate of what we could charge for rent was right on target.
The pros with Cathy is that she listened and adjusted to what we wanted. In addition, Cathy seemed to know all the other agents so if she needed to know something she would talk to the selling agent etc. She knew all the location in Santa Cruz and surrounding areas inside out. She drove us around to show us what was near the site. We are planning to have Cathy find us another investment property for us soon.
Again, I highly recommend Cathy Ware because she listens, adjust and has practical and in depth knowledge of the housing in the Santa Cruz area.
