TRUST CLEANING & RESTORATION

While the representative from Trust Restoration was reluctant to list damages from the water deluge caused by the roofing company's failure to tarp the roof properly during a heavy rain, I asked if he was friends with the owner of the roofing company. He said he knew him from church. Yet, when he was here, the owner of the roofing company arrived and they went outside and argued over something so loudly the neighbors said they were alerted by the noise. It was obvious he was being told not to list all the damage that was evident. When they came back inside, I asked to have the name of the owner of Trust Restoration. He said he WAS the owner. I then asked for the office phone number and I would call to verify if that was indeed the truth. He got angry and asked why I was trying to make trouble for him, and said he was a partner with the owner. It just went downhill from there, and I asked the owner of the roofing company and the representative from Trust Restoration to leave the house, and I turned it over to our insurance company.
