Kent called advising me of his ETA. He did the job in about an hour, works great.

Sun Coast has done much work in our house over the years. This latest was a break in the landscape main that was an emergency. They came promptly, fixed it fast and at a very reasonable price. I always find them to be honest and professional. Highly recommended to all my friends.

We had 2 plumbers prior to him and he looked at sink faucet. He told there was something wrong with the faucet because there wasn’t enough pressure. So I asked them to look at it and he looked into it. He told the reason there is no pressure is because there is pressure built in the pressure regulator into that particular faucet that we had put in. I thought it was interesting because 2 other plumbers told us there was something wrong with it. He showed us how to tell by the color coded gasket that it was a no flow faucet that we had purchased. It’s a new company. We have lived here for 9 years and we have never been able to find a good reputable plumber that didn’t charge an arm and a leg for something. Sun Coast Plumbing has 2 old gentlemen that started going around and offering plumbing services. They were working for other companies and they are pretty much in retirement. They started a little plumbing service doing up to the mark plumbing jobs. They are very, very honest. That’s what I like about the guy. They initially came to look at the shower drain. The 2 of them were probably here for 40 minutes and they charged me $75. When they were leaving I asked them how much it would cost to look at my sink faucet. I wasn’t looking for them to do it that day but just give me a quote. He told let me see what I have got. He literally tool parts of my sink faucet and showed me that it was no flow. He showed me the colored gasket that signifies the no flow. He put it together and gave me a tool to take off the screen which nobody else could take off. They didn’t charge me and then they left. It’s a rare thing out here. I once had a plumber that charged me more than what a surgeon would charge me for surgery. To have these 2 guys come here and do that, I was amazed. I would use them again in the future without a doubt.

We had used Kent for a plumbing repair once before and we called Sun Coast Plumbing, Kent and Riley, again to detect and repair a slab leak in our kitchen.  They came out on the day that we called.  They were able to detect and stop the leak, then came back the next day to re-route the plumbing lines through the ceiling. We've had no problems since and were very happy with the work they did.  They minimized the need for ceiling repair by effectively re-routing the plumbing lines and referred us to a drywall and stucco repair person who did that job for us the next day.  Our insurance company agreed with us that they did the repair for a fair price.  We would use them again and we recommend them to others.  They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.
